Returns Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Important Location Information:
Please note that while our registered corporate office is in Cork, all physical product returns are processed at our Northern Ireland logistics facility. Do not send returns to our Cork corporate office.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ibran.ie with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and further instructions.
Once authorised, please send your items to our Northern Ireland distribution hub:

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note: A 5% restocking fee applies to standard 30-day returns. This fee is deducted from your final refund amount.
EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without providing justification. If you exercise this 14-day right, the 5% restocking fee will not be applied, though you are still responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@ibran.ie straight away so we can put it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our Larne facility, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@ibran.ie.
