Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery to Ireland
Orders before 12pm are despatched on the same working day. After 12pm, orders are despatched the next working day.
Standard delivery takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and on the day of delivery your courier will send a notification with an estimated delivery window.

Delivery to the Rest of Europe
We deliver across the EU. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, and are typically fulfilled within 1-5 working days from dispatch.
Typical costs are €23 per parcel of 16 grids for delivery to:
Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy.
Couriers
We ship via DPD, DHL, and their partner networks across Europe. Larger orders may be fulfilled on a pallet through national or international pallet networks — if your order is being palletised, we'll notify you ahead of dispatch and the carrier will be in touch to arrange delivery.
Important
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Failed deliveries due to non-attendance or access issues not communicated to us in advance will incur a redelivery charge at the courier's standard rate.
We cannot be held liable for any loss of earnings resulting from late delivery. If your project has a fixed start date, we strongly recommend ordering in advance.
