Why IBRAN Exists
IBRAN Plastics Limited (CRO: IE805252) is an independently registered Irish company operating out of Cork. We are the dedicated European distribution and sales arm of the IBRAN brand, which is part of the wider MonoVerde Group.
Our brand was founded after witnessing first-hand the scale of plastic pollution in the world's waterways and oceans. The question that drove everything that followed was simple: what if that waste could be turned into something that lasts? Not recycled into something that gets thrown away again, but permanently transformed into high-performance infrastructure products with decades of useful life ahead of them.
That idea has been at the heart of everything we've built. Today, IBRAN is one of Europe's most established manufacturers of ground stabilisation and drainage systems, supplying homeowners, landscapers, groundworkers, and commercial developers across Ireland and the EU. Every product we make starts with carefully selected waste plastic and ends with something that will quietly do its job in the ground for decades to come.
The Recycled Plastic Difference
Most ground stabilisation products on the market are manufactured from virgin polypropylene — a plastic that starts life as a fossil fuel and ends it in a bin. IBRAN products are made from 100% recycled plastic, meaning every grid, every drainage cell, every product we ship represents waste material that has been permanently removed from the waste stream.
Recycled plastic is not a compromise. Our grids outperform polypropylene alternatives in load-bearing capacity, longevity, and resistance to UV degradation, frost, and ground movement. They will not rot, crack, or corrode. They don't need treating, painting, or replacing. The environmental credentials and the performance credentials point in exactly the same direction.

While our corporate office is based in Cork, our physical stock and logistics are managed through our dedicated distribution hub in Larne, Northern Ireland, ensuring fast and efficient delivery across the island.
MonoVerde operates on a cell manufacturing model, working with carefully selected regional manufacturing partners who meet our standards for quality, traceability, and environmental responsibility. It means we can manufacture close to the markets we serve, keep our logistics footprint low, and maintain the kind of quality control that comes from working with partners who are genuinely invested in the outcome.

We've captured millions of tonnes of waste plastic in the process - not as a statistic to put on a page, but as the entire point of what we do.
